I am a licsened psychotherapist practicing both in person in Brooklyn, NY and virutally. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. My practice is guided by the belief that healing happens through connection- within ourselves, between one another, and in community. I don’t approach therapy as an expert with all the answers, but as a companion in curiosity, someone willing to slow down and listen for what’s beneath the surface.

My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, and rooted in a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective. I hold a deep respect for the impact of systems of power on our inner lives, and I aim to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome.

Therapeutic Modalities

Psychodynamic

We will explore how past experiences, unconscious beliefs, and emotional patterns shape your present life. Together, we bring curiosity and compassion to what’s underneath the surface, allowing more space for choice and self-understanding.

Somatic

This work invites the body into the conversation.  Drawing from Hakomi therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping, I help you tune into the sensations, impulses, and wisdom held in your body — supporting integration, grounding, and a felt sense of safety and aliveness.

Relational

My work is rooted in the understanding that healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, others, and the world around us. I pay close attention to the dynamics between us, trusting that what unfolds in the room often reflects the deeper patterns we’re working to understand and shift.

Contact

If you’re ready to slow down, get curious, and to understand yourself with more compassion, I’d be honored to support you in that process.
